Specifications

Material: Multi-cartridge and Jumbo filter housings are constructed using 316L stainless steel.
Pressure Rating: Housings are rated for pressures to 150 pso (10 bar). 300 psi pressure rating is available.
Temperature: Filters are rated for temperatures to 250ºF (121ºC). Please consider the cartridge to be used.
Gaskets & Seals: Buna-N is standard. Viton, EDPM and Teflon are available.
Finish: Protective poly-coat over stainless is standard finish. Elcectro-polishing available.
Pressure Drop: Initial pressure drop is <1 psi at designed flow rates for housings only.
Cartridge Types: Housings are designed to accept DOE cartridges. Adapters for 222 & 226 cartrdiges available.

Standard Multi-Cartridge Filter Housings in 316 Stainless Steel

Heavy-duty housings in 316 stainless steel, rated for pressures to 150 psi and temperatures to 250°F. Filters accept DOE cartridges, with optional adapters for 222 and 226 elements available. Swing-bolt lid with davit is standard on 36 and 52 round models.


Mounting Tabs

Available for 4 and 5 round models to secure housings to floor, skid or platform. Tabs come complete with L-brackets, bolts and nuts, and may be installed at installation site.

Requires one # 2 filter bag (7" x 32")


Premium Series in 316 Stainless Steel

Heavy-duty housings in 316 stainless steel and band clamp lid closure, mounting legs and pressure gauges pre-installed on inlet and outlet fittings. Rated for pressures to 150 psi and temperatures to 250°F.

Legs and gauges are included.


Flow-Max® Single Cartridge, Jumbo Filter Housings in 316 Stainless Steel

The ideal filter housings for convenience and savings, in all 316 stainless steel. Single cartridge is easy to install, easy to remove and they are washable and reusable, five micron and up! Housings come with band clamp lid closure, mounting legs, pressure gauges installed on inlet and outlet fittings and compression cap for superior sealing. Housings rated for pressures to 150 psi. Cartridges are rated for temperatures to 140°F.


Flow-Max® Jumbo Cartridges for Flow-Max® Jumbo Filter Housings and Hurricane™ Housing Replacements

100% synthetic filter media is washable and reusable, five micron and up. Cartridges are designed for Flow-Max jumbo housings, and they are an economical replacement for Hurricane filter housings, providing low pressure drop and long life.



Flow-Max® Single Cartridge, Filter Housings in a range of metal options

Models include nickel plated brass heads with 304 stainless sumps; all 304 stainless steel; and all 316 stainless steel for cartridges with 222 o-ring end caps. Rated for temperatures to 250°F and 250 psi.
